Brief description :

We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. You will have to provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations. You will have to co-ordinate and work with our team in the Company Headquarters at California.

Responsibilities

Prepare vendor statements monthly
Vendor Management
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Scheduling and monitoring the vendor payments on the agreed dates.
Previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Preferred skills

3 years’ experience as an Accountant.
Should be a B. Com/ M. Com/ MBA Finance.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Experienced in Vendor management.
Must have good command over English.
Willing to work in night shift
