Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Updating & Preparation of accounting Vouchers – Cash, Bank & Journals
* Complete day to day accounting procedures
* Maintaining proper system & entries in accounting software
* Experience in handling Zoho Books in an IT-based company will be an added advantage
* Bank reconciliation
* Prepare & Help management to prepare various reports Weekly, Monthly & yearly
* Preparation of monthly payroll for the employees.
* Possess experience with GST and Softex Filing of monthly and Annual Returns
* Coordinate with the Audit team for quarterly Auditing.
* Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Skills and Qualification
* Good communication skills.
* B.com/Mcom -MBA finance
* Immediate joiners are preferred
* Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience
