Job Description

Senior Account Executive Job Duties:

1) Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
2) Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.
3) Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
4)Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
5) Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
6) Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organise data
7) Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
8) Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
9) Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information.
10) Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
11) Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
12) Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.

Experience : Minimum 0-2 years work experience
