Urgent requirement for Academic Coordinator in Ernakulam and Trivandrum .

Job Description

1. Take Aptitude classes (Quantitative or Verbal) for the competitive exams like
CAT/GMAT/GRE etc…

2. To ensure superlative results through superior academic delivery in the classroom,

3. Superb academic delivery of the subject across different programs.

4. Ownership of the batch of the students for the subject - feedback, doubts sessions etc.

5. Responsible for value addition to students.
6. Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning
environment.

7. Keep himself updated on pedagogy and content by interacting with fellow teachers and utilizing trainings and seminars.

8. Handling counseling of the walk-ins for knowledge products, whenever required.

9. Support the content preparation team for various programs.

10. Course scheduling for various batches / session planning.

11. Reporting to Lead Mentor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education B.Tech/B.E - Any Specialization with an aggregate of 65% (Maximum of two backlogs
allowed).

Skills Required

1. Profound knowledge of all topics in mathematics.

2. Willing to take classes in multiple locations.

3. Pleasant personality and should be patient.

4. Excellent Presentations skills, communication skills, knowledge for the Subject and Exams patterns, organizing skills, Team management skills

5. Imparting knowledge to the students in such a way that they gain maximum from it and striving for self-growth.
