Terms
1.	Franchisee shall allot an exclusive zone which is mutually agreed by both the parties as their operational zone. But it shall not restrict the franchisee to extent his service outside his exclusive zone where no other Franchisee is functioning.
2.	Franchisee have to provide Rs. 25,000.00 (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) as non refundable franchise fee every year.
3.	Franchise will be eligible for 30 % commission on the total business generated through marketing executives including the cost of marketing.
4.	Franchisee appointment will be as per the agreement of terms and conditions singed by Jobsomega and the franchisee.
