I am writing to express my keen interest in a role in your organisation. I have completed B. Tech in Mechanical Stream Automobile Engineering from Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Trivandrum Kerala affiliated under Kerala University.

From my previous professional experience in TVS Ashok Leyland. I acquired knowledge in heavy and light vehicles maintenance and workshop management. At present, I am working in Trevi Foundations Kuwait as workshop Engineer. My job responsibilities in Trevi foundations are the following,

• Operation of centralized plant & machinery activities used in various projects.

• Management of all equipment and vehicle fleet operations of an equipment base of 1200 Equipment comprising of Cranes (Crawler , RT cranes,)Hydraulic Drilling Rigs, Micro Drilling Rigs, Vibratory Hammers, Wheel Loaders, Concrete pumps, Forklifts, Heavy trucks and vehicles ,Air compressors, Tower Light, Centrifugal pumps, Progressive cavity pumps, Reciprocating Pumps welding machines, Hydraulic lifting jacks etc
.
• Periodic meeting with project managers for future requirements and site necessities.

• Planning, recruitment & training of staffs for the plants and induction of newly employed people.

• Attending seminars and workshops to understand the technical improvements in plant equipment.

• Regular (daily/ weekly) meetings with the team members to confirm that concerns are addressed on time.

• Ensure that ERP (CAFM/ Oracle) systems are continuously updated with the operational performance.

• Verification of all duty roasters and annual vacations to avoid any conflict with the plant operations.
•
• Expertise in maintenance and troubleshooting of Heavy Equipment like Hydraulic Drilling Rig Soilmec, Hydraulic Crawler Crane (Hitachi, Soilmec, Fuwa), Rough Terrain Crane Terex, Caterpillar Wheel loaders, Vibratory Hammers ICE etc.

• Organize all the activities of project which are related to logistics and P&M.

• Scheduling of repairs and arranging spare parts for above and cost analysis.

• Arranging of all spares for periodic/ preventive/scheduled maintenance.

• Procurement of spare parts and other materials and In charge of liaising with suppliers and checking product quality to make sure it meets company standards

• Assisting workshop manager for overseeing the supply chain management process and coordinating warehouse staffs.

• Assisting workshop manager to ensure that a company has the products, service and supplies that it needs in order to run its operations

• Ensuring of all vehicles/equipment meet the technical &safety specification of client

• Deployment of vehicle /equipment to site as per the planning and minimising idling time.

• Preparation of all documents and report to management and corrective and preventive action according to the requirement.
