As a dedicated healthcare professional, my background includes 10 years of total service; I used a strengths-based approach which involves calmly and practically responding to service users to achieve the best outcomes.

In my immense experience in hospital Operations, my managerial skills are excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills (Weekly and monthly departmental growth analysis through presentations in presence of CEO & GM), better patient care and customer service, Service Excellences, Ontime response to customers queries by mail/phone/direct, protects health and safety of the patient and advocate to improve the patient outcomes, providing periodic trainings to front line teams, analysis of patient feedbacks, crisis interventions, coordinating various patient support programmes, etc.

Expert in Computer knowledge especially MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), and various web-based applications.

As you can see from my CV, my professional activities and skills includes day to day care management to align the department responsibilities to meet the management goals and maintaining overall patient satisfaction. All these have given me the capacity and confidence to work under pressure and to be capable of organizing my time effectively and using my initiative to come up with original ideas.
