Service Helper in KSA

Job Description

Urgent requirement for Service Helper in KSA.

Criteria for Interview :

1. All The Candidatee should have at least 3 yrs bachelor degree / equivalent 3
yrs . Diploma in Hotel Management / Catering Science / Food Craft / Hospitality Management
.
2. Candidate should have good personality & Presentable (Appearance .)

3. Candidates should bee well groomed with tie & blazer .

4. Good Communication skills (Good English Command).

5. Should have at least 2 yrs . work experience (5 star properties)

6. also don't consider who are below 22 yrs ( Ministry is not issuing visa for this

7. Maximum age limit is 30 years old for FOH and 35 years maximum for BOH

8. Candidates must be willing to be placed any where in GCC countries.

9. Monthly sales bouns are paid in quartely basis according to the staff performance .

Key Responsibility :

Remove any extra place settings at the table or supply additional settings as needed.
• When in your station, be prepared to assist guests with condiments, extra napkins, additional silverware, etc.
• After the guests have left, move condiments and table decorations to one corner of the table. Remove all plates, glasses, etc., and wipe crumbs onto tray.
• Check chairs and booths for crumbs, and wipe clean
• Check under table and surrounding floor area and sweep up any crumbs or litter.
• Tables should always be set for maximum capacity
• Condiments should be refilled as needed.
• Restroom checks should be done every 1/2 hour. Busser should always sign his/her initials to the checklist when task is completed.
• Make sure trash cans are in place with new liners
• Check restroom cleanliness and stock necessary items
• Get all dirty dishes to dish station as soon as possible.
• Clean floor drains and mop floors in wait stations.
• Dispose of all trash and empty boxes.
• Wipe down and sanitize all high chairs and booster seats.
• Maintains clean trays and plate covers always.
• Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift.
• Ensures that all necessary condiments are available (packet Mustard, Mayonnaise to go
• condiments and bags etc.).
• Ensures that serving utensils are available (soup spoons, dessert forks, tea spoons), and polishes as necessary.
