Recruitment (To coordinate with the entire HOD and understand their manpower requirements and fill the vacancies at the earliest)
· Handling Pay roll activities like maintaining all statutory related works like
Professional Tax, ESIC, and Provident Fund.
· Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
· Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
· Thorough knowledge of labor laws
· excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
