Urgent Requirement for Chartered Accountant .
Good in Personality and Communication.
Must have atleast 4 to 9 years experience in Real estate.
Have thorough GST knowledge
General Accounting knowledge
Financial closure of books
Updated Tax concepts knowledge, TDS, income tax, GST etc
Working knowledge of Statutory Taxes applicable in Real estate.
SPECIALISE KNOWLEDGE IN GST RETURNS, PREPARATION AND FILLING.
Knowledge of Farvision / ERP software.
Well versed with modern accounting systems and standards with core competency in preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account with supported schedules and statement, Accounts Analysis, Payable.
