Urgent Requirement for IT Manager for Techno Park
Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Identifying to provide the required Hardware/Software.
Coordinating with desired team to provide the required information to completion of the projects in-time.
ITIL, Infrastructure, Linux, Windows
Team Management Skills:
Work closely with team and Conducting weekly/monthly reviewing meetings to fulfilling the gaps.
Drive the team development initiative in alignment with IT Operations.
Develop technical and behavioral skills of sub-ordinates. Design training needs and growth plans for eligible subordinates.
