The registration is absolutely free and

become a registered member of our Job
Provider's Community. Your registration

Employer's Work Desk is the exclusive
page provided to all the registered job
providers for viewing, updating, processing,
monitoring and managing their profile,
account, information and job details easily
from a centralised work desk. Unregistered

do I search resumes for my job requirement
?
If you are not a registered job provider,
please register now and then log in to
"Employer's Work Desk" page and select
the link "Search Resumes". In this page
you may enter the required search agents
like job category, sub category, age,
location, experience, suitable key words
etc. in different combinations and check
the results and continue this exercise
till you get required candidate. |

there any other way of getting an easy
auto instant resume match for my job requirement
?
Yes. You can use the "Resume Matches"
link in the "Employer's Work Desk" for
getting an instant resume match for your
selected job. This matching of resumes
is done by our powerful search engine
based on the precision level you select.
There are basically four precision levels
namely "Most Suitable", "Moderately Suitable,
Merely Suitable and May Be Suitable".
Depending on the selection you make the
quantity and quality of resumes displayed
for each job varies. Obviously the number
of resumes displayed for "Most Suitable"
selection would be the least but they
are likely to be the most accurate and
vise versa for "May be Suitable" selection. |

do I do the short listing process of the
displayed resumes in the "Resume Match"
service ?
Once the matching resumes are displayed
you can view the respective resume and
indicate your shortlisting preference
by either selecting the "Select All" button
at the bottom of the page or by selecting
the individual select buttons corresponding
to the desired resumes. |

do I send instant call letters to the
shortlisted candidates ?
After completing the shortlisting process
you can select the "Save and Send Call
Letter" button on the bottom of the page.
A call letter page will appear where you
can complete the Call Letter Details and
select the "Send Call Letter" button.
The call letter will be sent to all the
selected candidates at one go. |

do I post a job advertisement in the site
(create a new job order) ?
If you are an existing jobsomega.com member,
please log in to the "Employer's Work
Desk". If you are not registered yet,
please do so now. Select the "My Jobs"
section in the "Employer's Work Desk"

Job Order" link for posting jobs. All
the relevant job particulars may be entered

do I edit / modify the contents of my
job advertisement after submission ?
Log in to "Employer's Work Desk" and select
"My Jobs" and click the link View / Edit
/ Delete Jobs. The details of jobs posted
by you shall be displayed in this page
with provision to select the required
action such as view, edit, or delete.
The order of the listing will be "Posting
Date" wise. All the jobs posted by you
during the tenure of registration shall
be available in this page with respective
status of each job. For example if the
status is "Active", it means the jobs
are currently online and all the subsequent
monitoring / processing such as "View
Response" will be applicable to these
jobs. However if the status is "Dormant"
it means the said jobs are not available
online and hence no processing will be
possible for these jobs. |

do I check the "responses" received for
my job advertisement ?
Log in to "Employer's Work Desk" and select
"My Jobs". Click the link "View Responses".
The details of all the resumes received
online in response to the job advertisement
will be displayed. The provision is also
made to view individual resumes and send
instant call letters to shortlisted candidates
at a time, by selecting the "Save and
Send Call Letter" button. |

is Resume Forwarded Service ?
This is a unique service provided by us
wherein we shortlist the candidates for
each of your jobs and forward to you in
your Email ID with a cover letter. The
details of all those resumes forwarded
can be checked in the page "Resume Forwarded
Status" in the "My Jobs" Section of "Employer's
Work Desk". Here also provision is made
to view, shortlist and send call letters. |

do I get information regarding how many
number of times my job advertisement has
been viewed by prospective job seekers
?
Log in to "Employer's
Work Desk" and select "My Jobs". Now click
"Job View Status" link. The details of
jobs posted with respective job view status
will be displayed. |

do I update my profile and change the
account information like User Name and
Password ?
Log in to Employer's Work Desk and select
"My Profile". The provision is made in
the resulting page to view, and edit the
profile and account information. |
| Can
I get a final verification of "call letters
sent" status for shortlisted resumes of
different jobs posted by me ?
Yes. All you have to do is log in to Employer's
Work Desk and select "Call Letter Status".
A page will appear with a combo box for
selecting your job. If a particular (active
jobs only) is selected, the call letter
sent status of all the resumes shortlisted
for that job will be displayed. Facility
is also made to send call letters from
this page for those resumes call letters
were not sent earlier, if required. |

there any value added service available
to enhance the response level for my job
advertisement ? Do I have to pay for that
?
Yes. "Hot Job" listing service does exactly
this. Against a nominal cost we list your
jobs separately in an attractively designed
page complete with your own corporate
logo. This page is provided with a separate
link from the index page for enhanced
response (want to know more). For availing
this service click the "Use Hot Job Listing"

I upgrade my jobs posted in the regular
section to "Hot Job" Listing at the later
date ?
Yes, As and when you
decide to update your regular jobs to
"Hot Jobs" for enhanced response, please
log in to Employer's Work Desk, select
My Jobs and click "Upgrade to Hot Jobs.
The resulting page will display all the
active jobs posted by you with a status
box to indicate the preference. After
marking the jobs for upgradation. Click
the 'Upgrade to Hot Jobs' button. A page
will be appearing for completing the payment
particulars. Submit the page with relevant
particulars. |
