We are looking for Home based marketing agents who have an aptitude in marketing, practical communication skills and internet access and ready to work part-time.
The aim of this venture is to convert those candidates who haven’t completed the registration procedure with jobsomega.com and persuade them to convert into an active registered candidate of jobsomega.com.
The following are the terms and conditions for being a part of this venture:

- Each Resident Marketing Associates (RMA) will be given the contact details of 500 Dormant candidates.
- Each Resident Marketing Associates (RMA) has to convert the Dormants into Active registrations.
- Do you have good knowledge in computers?
- The report on Positive Calls made has to be send daily to the concerned person at jobsomega.com through e-mail.
- Commission will be given as follows:
Upto 50 Registrations - 15%
Above 50 Registrations - 20%
- Achievement of a target of 200 registrations per month will be given an additional incentive of 5%.
For example, registration of 200 candidates will give you Twenty Thousand rupees as commission + Extra Incentive of Five Thousand Rupees. (ie,20000+5000=25000)
- All follow-ups have to be send to the concerned person at jobsomega.com.
